Kombucha: Potion

Alraune

The Kombucha drink, I call it "potion", tastes sour and sweet.

It contains the following substances:

  • glucuronic acid,
  • glucaric acid,
  • lactic acid (L+),
  • acetic acid,
  • vitamin B1,
  • vitamin B2,
  • vitamin B3,
  • vitamin B6,
  • vitamin B12,
  • vitamin C,
  • folic acid,
  • amino acids,
  • enzymes,
  • antibiotic substances,
  • some alcohol
The alcohol it contains is about 0,5%.

The main effect of the Kombucha comes from the glucuronic acid and the glucaric acid, that helps the body to excrete the poisons inside the body and to clean the blood.

The glucuronic acid connects with toxic substances in the body and prepares them for beeing excreted by the liver.

The lactic acid stopps harmful bacterias in the intestine and stimulates the digestive process.
