Inhalation


  

You can do an inhalation with hot tea of herbs.

Inhalations are good to let the substances of the herbs into your breathing system like sinuses, bronchi and lungs. Because of the humid steam it can help breathing.

It is also good to clean the skin of the face, espacially if you suffer from acne.


Ingredients

  • One hand full of herbs of your choice (i.e. Chamomille).
  • 1 Liter of water.
  • One Bowl, that can be used with boiling water.
  • One huge piece of cloth, big enough to cover your head and the bowl.

How to do it

  1. Set a bowl on a piece of wood on a table.
  2. Put the herbs into the bowl.
  3. Boil the water.
  4. Pour the water over the herbs in the bowl.
  5. Bow over the bowl that the steam can reach your face.
  6. Cover with a big cloth, that the steam stays close to you.
  7. Bow your face as near to the hot water as it is still comfortable, but don't touch the water.
  8. Stay beneath the cloth in the steam for about 15 minutes.
  9. Dry your face carefully after the inhalation.
  10. Stay inside for a while an take a rest.

Set a bowl on a piece of wood on a table.

Put the herbs into the bowl.

Boil the water.

Pour the water over the herbs in the bowl.

Bow over the bowl that the steam can reach your face.

Cover with a big cloth, that the steam stays close to you.

Bow your face as near to the hot water as it is still comfortable, but don't touch the water.

Stay beneath the cloth in the steam for about 15 minutes.

Dry your face carefully after the inhalation.
